The house has the largest kitchen in DK House and an exercise room.
There are commercial facilities around Shinkoiwa station where you can get all your daily necessities, and there are many international restaurants, so you will have no trouble eating out or cooking for yourself.
Major stations in Tokyo can be reached within 30 minutes, and Narita Airport can be reached without transfers.
