Kitchen, bathroom, toilet, laundry room are not within your rooms but shared with other residents in the shared house. This style of room is recommended for those who wish to communicate and make friends with others.
■Apartment type
Kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are within your room, whereas the laundry room sometimes will be in a common space. This style of room is recommended for those who wish to have their private spaces.
■シェアタイプ
キッチン、バスルーム、トイレ、ランドリーが個室内ではなく共用部にあり、ハウス内の居住者で共用するスタイルのお住まいです。他の入居者と交流したい方におすすめです。
■アパートメントタイプ
キッチン、バスルーム、トイレが、個室内に専用のものとして備わっているお住まいです。ランドリーのみ共用部にある場合もあります。プライベートを大切にしたい方におすすめです。
